Morgan Lewis Sugar Mill

Café Mosaic sits next door to the mill, with views of the tower itself. The menu leans into Barbadian identity: Bajan proverbs alongside the food, rum and molasses threading through the drinks.

The menu includes Bajan classics such as fish cakes, buljol, cutters, breadfruit fries and coconut bread as well as burgers, soups and cakes. There's also a full rum cocktail selection, local juices, coffees, and teas.

It is, as the menu puts it, an eye full and a belly full.
