Together with our Terms and Conditions www.rekke.com/policies, this acceptable use policy (this Policy) governs how you may access and use the Rekke Platform, which includes our website (www.rekke.com), all associated web pages, mobile applications, digital services, and all content made available through them (collectively referred to as the “Rekke Platform”)..

      6. for any ‘phishing’ activity (‘phishing’ meaning to mimic communications from us or from someone else in order to collect identity information, authentication credentials, or other information);
      7. in any manner that disrupts the operation of the Rekke Platform, our business, or the website or business of any other entity;
      8. in any manner that is or could be harmful to children;
      9. to advertise, sell or attempt to advertise or sell any illegal, stolen or counterfeit goods or services;
      10. to falsely suggest that we endorse any business, product or service;
      11. to gain unauthorised access to or use of computers, data, systems, accounts or networks;
      12. to attempt to circumvent password or user authentication methods; or
      13. in any other manner which is prohibited by this Policy or by our Terms and Conditions (www.rekke.com/policies).

  3. Linking and framing

    1. You may create a link to the Rekke Platform from another website without our prior written consent provided no such link:
      1. creates a frame or any other browser or border environment around the content of the Rekke Platform;
      2. implies that we endorse your products or services or any of the products or services on, or available through, the website on which you place a link to the Rekke Platform;
      3. displays any of the trade marks or logos used on the Rekke Platform without our permission or that of the owner of such trade marks or logos; or
      4. is placed on a website that itself breaches this Policy.
    3. We reserve the right to require you to immediately remove any link to the Rekke Platform at any time, and you shall immediately comply with any request by us to remove any such link.

You may not use or reproduce in any form our signs, trade marks, logos or trade names.

    1. We shall apply the terms of this Policy in our absolute discretion. In the event of your breach of this Policy we may:
      1. terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Rekke Platform;
      2. take any other such measure as we consider reasonably necessary to remedy the breach.
