Driven by founder Sophie Mitchell’s lifelong passion for farm to table cooking, Local & Co supports local farmers, fisherfolk, and regenerative food systems to reduce Barbados’ reliance on imports. Eating and drinking here helps grow local food systems, lower your carbon footprint, and support the island’s economy.
Plates are designed to be shared tapas style with highlights including the cerviche, jerk-spiced pork bites, fish tacos, and the 12-hour braised Bajan beef pepperpot, perfectly paired with refreshing alcoholic and zero-proof cocktails, and homemade desserts.
