Local & Co. founded by friends Ian McNeel and Sophie Michell in 2020 is the result of a passion for the preservation of the environment, sustainability and the belief that food should and can be locally produced.

Local & Co. dishes up approachable food with transparency in dining. They showcase ingredients sourced from local and regional farms, producers and wild foragers. Their menu is determined by what their farmers have available at the time and what the chefs have managed to gather and preserve in-house through the seasons.
