The Tastes & Tales Tour is a 3-hour culinary and cultural experience at Harrison’s Cave Eco-Adventure Park. After a warm welcome and orientation, guests watch an introductory film about Barbados before enjoying a guided Mount Gay rum tasting and learning about its history. The tour then moves to the Culinary Room, where participants cook traditional Bajan dishes with help from culinary hosts. Guests finish by eating the meal they prepared, paired with a signature island cocktail, and take part in a relaxed wrap-up discussion. Before leaving, visitors can stop by the Gift Shop to purchase recipe cards and browse local items.

Next, they embark on the Signature Tram Tour to explore the cave’s streams, waterfalls, stalactites, and stalagmites. Afterward, visitors enjoy a tropical drink and light lunch at the Green Monkey Pool, Bar & Grill, with time to relax, explore the grounds, take photos, or browse the gift shop. Guests start with an introduction before boarding an electric tram for a serene underground tour, where soft lighting highlights the cave’s stalactites, stalagmites, waterfalls, and streams. A knowledgeable guide shares the cave’s history, geology, and cultural importance, creating a peaceful and immersive journey.
After returning to the surface, the atmosphere shifts to lively celebration with a traditional Barbadian Floor Show. A tuk band, dancers in vibrant costumes, and characters like Mother Sally, Shaggy Bear, and the Green Monkey bring local folklore and cultural stories to life through music, dance, and humor, often inviting audience participation.
