Grand Historic Estate & Wedding Venue

A Rum Rooted in Barbadian Tradition
Rum has long been part of the story of Barbados’ great estates, and Clifton Hall continues that tradition with its own exclusive house blend.
Clifton Hall’s 12-Year-Old Rum is distilled, matured, and bottled in Barbados by the acclaimed Foursquare Distillery, using a combination of traditional pot and twin column distillation. The rum is aged for twelve years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, creating a spirit that reflects the craftsmanship and heritage of Barbadian rum making.
Rich and well balanced, it offers notes of vanilla, caramel, warm spice, and oak, with a long, smooth finish.
Served and celebrated at the estate, this house rum is a tribute to the centuries-old connection between Barbados’ historic plantations and the island’s most famous spirit.
