Within the factory, they use traditional methods and equipment, including an antique 6ft German roaster that is over 70 years old.

Small group tours, guided by the Master Chocolatier, last approximately one hour. Visitors can observe how high-quality, ethically sourced cocoa beans are roasted, taste cocoa at different stages, and watch the process of artisan chocolate making.
