After 20 years in the dive industry, "G" decided to open his own dive company with the aim to offer a more personalised service from a smaller boat, taking fewer numbers to ensure a much better quality experience to all of divers and friends! After all, anybody can teach you to dive, only the best can to teach you to love to dive.
Originally from Dominica (not the Dominican Republic). He worked with the Barbados Coastal Zone Management Unit first and put down moorings on every dive site from North to South of the island. He helped transplant two major reefs (before it was a thing) and trained the Barbados Coast Guard. He is one of the most recognized and absolutely respected watermen on the island. He loves the ocean and introducing it to others.
They offer a PADI Discover Scuba Dive which was developed so non-divers could jump in the water and try without the full commitment to a whole certification. Just like that. No need for a PADI certificate. If you like it, which you will, and want to do more, which you should, that dive will have counted as your first towards certification. Win. Win. (Win.)
Based on Pebbles beach, a truly unique spot, each morning racehorses from the nearby Garrison Savannah come to the beach to be bathed - an unforgettable sight between 4:30am & 7:30am, except Sundays where they linger untill around 9:30am.
Pair that with fresh coffee, tea and small bites from PUC on the beach and you have a perfect way to start the day!
This special experience lets you explore the water before the crowds arrive and to partake of their "Early-Bird" snorkel tour which leaves just as the Horses do for a couple of hours snorkeling with the turtles and over a shipwreck in historic Carlisle Bay.
By the time we're finishing up, other operators are just arriving with their crowds. It's the best way to beat the rush and see the magic first.
