Maximum Tours, Taxi and Watersports

Maximum Tours (formerly Team Baywatch) operates out of Folkestone Marine Park in Holetown, on Barbados' calm west coast. The operation focuses on turtle snorkeling, with tours built around finding and swimming with the sea turtles that inhabit the reefs and bays of the west coast. Captain Ricardo and first mate Jkoni run the glass-bottom boat tours.

The family business is small by design, enabling flexible tours that work for whoever is on board: strong swimmers and nervous ones, families with young children, and guests with mobility challenges alike.

The boat is the Cejul, a glass-bottom vessel with a water slide on the upper deck and a low-sided entry ramp that makes boarding accessible for guests with limited mobility. Routes are not fixed. Departure times, snorkeling stops, and how long to stay at each location are decided on the day, based on sea conditions, guest preference, and where turtles have been sighted.

Owner Max takes care of the island tours and taxi service. While Maximum Tours operates taxis and tours daily, Tuesdays and Thursdays are regularly reserved for private hotel work; book ahead if your dates include these days.

Payments are preferred in cash on the day. Bank transfers are available for advance bookings.
