Tours depart by glass-bottom boat at 8:30am and return by 10am, setting out early to reach the bay before the larger tour boats arrive. Carlisle Bay’s clear, sheltered waters are home to sea turtles, tropical fish and a number of historic shipwrecks, all within metres of the shore. Guests regularly encounter turtles in the water, with the early morning departure helping to keep numbers low and the experience genuinely unhurried. Lee brings a GoPro on every tour, providing guests with underwater photographs of the session. Refreshments including water and rum punch are included.
